TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These terms govern purchases on lapuertadelllano.com and orders placed by WhatsApp. By placing an order, you accept them.

1. Who we are

2. Products

We sell meat, charcuterie, cheese and Venezuelan groceries. Photos are for illustration only. Fresh products and products sold by weight may vary slightly in weight, size or appearance from the photo or the stated weight.

3. How to buy

  • On the website: you add products, choose shipping and pay. You will receive a confirmation email.
  • By WhatsApp (614 69 18 24): our assistant takes your order and confirms the total. New customers are asked for a 10 € deposit by bank transfer on orders over 20 €.

4. Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Prices on the website may differ from those in the physical shop. Shipping is calculated and shown before you pay and is added to the order. The price shown at the time of purchase applies.

5. Payment methods

  • Website: card and the methods shown on the payment screen.
  • WhatsApp: cash or card on delivery or pick-up, and bank transfer.

We do not accept Bizum.

6. Shipping and delivery

Dispatch days, delivery times, costs and delivery conditions are in our Shipping policy. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete address and a correct phone number and to be available to receive the order.

7. Availability

If a product sells out after your order, we will let you know and you choose between replacing it or getting a refund for that product.

9. Alcoholic drinks

We only sell alcoholic drinks to people aged 18 or over. By buying them you confirm that you are, and we may ask for ID on delivery or pick-up.

10. Circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure (strikes, extreme weather, supply cuts, decisions by the authorities or serious incidents in the transport network). If that happens, we will let you know and work out a solution with you.

11. Invoices

Request your invoice at lapuertadelllanomadrid@gmail.com with your tax details and the order number.

12. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. We have complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) available for you. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
