How to cook them
- Buffalo wings: Fry and toss in buffalo sauce (butter + hot sauce). Serve with celery and blue cheese.
- Oven BBQ: 200°C for 40 min, turning. Glaze with BBQ sauce for the last 10 min.
- Crispy air-fryer wings: 200°C for 25 min. Crispy outside, juicy inside.
- Over the embers: Marinate for 2h with garlic, lemon and paprika. Grill for 25 min, turning.
⚡ Tip: Dry them well with kitchen paper before cooking – the key to getting them crispy rather than steamed.

Chilled delivery with SEUR Frío, with a cold chain of 2 to 8 °C all the way to your door.
- Madrid: our own home delivery (about 30 km around the shop) or pick-up in the shop.
- Mainland Spain, Portugal and France: orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday; usually, anything ordered before 15:00 goes out the same day.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on weight and your area. This product is not shipped outside mainland Spain, Portugal and France.
Storage: keep in the fridge at 0-4 °C. Chicken is highly perishable: eat within 2 days of receiving it or freeze it straight away.
