Marinated chicken wings (adobadas)
Chicken wings marinated in our homemade adobo – paprika, garlic, cumin and spices. Ready to roast or fry straight away, no marinating needed.
| Marinade | Homemade adobo (paprika, garlic, cumin) |
| Ready to | Roast/fry with no prep |
| Best for | Grill, oven, air fryer |
| Price per kg | €6.50/kg |
How to cook them
- In the oven: 200°C for 35-40 min, turning once. Golden and juicy.
- On the grill: Medium heat for 20-25 min. The adobo caramelises, forming a delicious crust.
- Air fryer: 200°C for 22 min. Crispy without extra oil.
- In a frying pan: Medium-high heat, covered, for 25 min. Uncover for the last 5 min to brown.
⚡ Tip: Since they are already marinated, they don't need extra salt. Serve with lemon, roasted garlic and potatoes.
