How to cook
- Venezuelan stewed chicken: Creole sofrito, slow-cooked for 40 min. Very popular.
- In the oven: 200°C for 40 min with lemon, garlic and oregano.
- On the griddle: Marinate for 2h, 6 min per side, covered.
- Yellow chicken soup: The broth turns golden and aromatic.

Chilled delivery with SEUR Frío, with a cold chain of 2 to 8 °C all the way to your door.
- Madrid: our own home delivery (about 30 km around the shop) or pick-up in the shop.
- Mainland Spain, Portugal and France: orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday; usually, anything ordered before 15:00 goes out the same day.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on weight and your area. This product is not shipped outside mainland Spain, Portugal and France.
Storage: keep in the fridge at 0-4 °C. Chicken is highly perishable: eat within 2 days of receiving it or freeze it straight away.
