How to cook
- On the griddle: 4-5 min per side. Covered for the last few minutes.
- In the oven: 200°C for 20-25 min. Brush with oil and oregano.
- With sauce: After searing, add cream and mushrooms. 10 min more.
- Air fryer: 200°C for 18 min. Crispy without oil.
⚡ Tip: When you cut into them you'll see the melted cheese inside — be sure to let them rest for 2 min first so you don't burn yourself.

Chilled delivery with SEUR Frío, with a cold chain of 2 to 8 °C all the way to your door.
- Madrid: our own home delivery (about 30 km around the shop) or pick-up in the shop.
- Mainland Spain, Portugal and France: orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday; usually, anything ordered before 15:00 goes out the same day.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on weight and your area. This product is not shipped outside mainland Spain, Portugal and France.
Storage: keep in the fridge at 0-4 °C. Chicken is highly perishable: eat within 2 days of receiving it or freeze it straight away.
