How to use
- Concentrated broth: 3h slow cooking. The broth sets like jelly when cooled (a sign of quality).
- Sancocho: Together with hen and vegetables. A classic Venezuelan dish.
- Bone broth: 6-8h cooking. Excellent for the joints.
- Dim sum: Chinese recipe — fried and glazed with a special sauce.
⚡ Tip: Blanching them for 5 min before cooking removes impurities and improves the broth.

Chilled delivery with SEUR Frío, with a cold chain of 2 to 8 °C all the way to your door.
- Madrid: our own home delivery (about 30 km around the shop) or pick-up in the shop.
- Mainland Spain, Portugal and France: orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday; usually, anything ordered before 15:00 goes out the same day.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on weight and your area. This product is not shipped outside mainland Spain, Portugal and France.
Storage: keep in the fridge at 0-4 °C. Chicken is highly perishable: eat within 2 days of receiving it or freeze it straight away.
