How to cook it
- In the oven: 200°C, dropping to 180°C. 1h-1h 15min. Prick the thigh to check it is done.
- Grilled "al chimichurri": Marinate for 4h, spatchcock and grill for 45 min.
- Casseroled: Sofrito + white wine + stock. 45 min, covered.
- Garlic chicken (pollo al ajillo): Joint it and brown with lots of garlic and wine. A classic.
⚡ Tip: For crispy skin, dry the skin WELL with kitchen paper and rub it with butter before roasting.

Chilled delivery with SEUR Frío, with a cold chain of 2 to 8 °C all the way to your door.
- Madrid: our own home delivery (about 30 km around the shop) or pick-up in the shop.
- Mainland Spain, Portugal and France: orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday; usually, anything ordered before 15:00 goes out the same day.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on weight and your area. This product is not shipped outside mainland Spain, Portugal and France.
Storage: keep in the fridge at 0-4 °C. Chicken is highly perishable: eat within 2 days of receiving it or freeze it straight away.
