Shipping

• Madrid: our own home delivery (about 30 km around the shop) or pick-up in the shop.
• Mainland Spain, Portugal and France: meat, cheese and charcuterie chilled; if your order is pantry items only, it ships unchilled and costs less. Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday; usually, anything ordered before 15:00 goes out the same day.
• Balearic Islands: pantry products only.
• Rest of Europe: pantry products only.
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: we don't ship there for now.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on weight and your area. You can also check it in the calculator on the homepage.

Storage: in a cool, dry place. Check the product label.

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, without having to give a reason (art. 102 of the consolidated text of the Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, Spain's consumer protection law).

• The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
• Message us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you how to send it back.
• We refund the full amount as soon as we receive it.

Did something arrive wrong or in bad condition? Let us know within 24 h with a photo and we'll replace or refund it, no questions asked.
