Yuca (cassava) is one of the most versatile and nutritious tubers in Latin cooking. With a neutral flavour and a starchy, creamy texture, it is the perfect side for grilled meats, stews and fried dishes. Already peeled, cut into sticks and ready to use straight from the freezer, with no prep time and no waste.

How to cook it
- Boiled: Add straight from frozen to salted boiling water. Cook for 20-25 min until tender. Serve with garlic mojo or butter.
- Fried: Boil for 15 min first, drain and dry well, then fry in hot oil at 175°C until golden. Crispy outside, soft inside.
- Oven: Season with oil, salt and garlic. Bake at 200°C for 30-35 min until golden.
Tip: A perfect replacement for chips alongside barbecues and grilled meats.

- Madrid: our own home delivery (about 30 km around the shop) or collection in store.
- Mainland Spain, Portugal and France: orders go out Monday to Thursday; as a rule, anything ordered before 15:00 goes out the same day.
Delivery is calculated at checkout, based on weight and your area. This product is not shipped outside mainland Spain, Portugal and France.
Storage: frozen product. Keep at -18 °C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
