How to cook
- On the griddle: 4-5 min per side. Juicier than breast.
- Thai curry: Stir-fry with curry paste, coconut milk and vegetables.
- Lemon chicken: Fillets dusted with flour and cooked in butter, finished with lemon and capers.
- Breaded: Coat in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry.
⚡ Tip: Since it comes boneless and trimmed, it's very versatile. Better than breast for any preparation.

Chilled delivery with SEUR Frío, with a cold chain of 2 to 8 °C all the way to your door.
- Madrid: our own home delivery (about 30 km around the shop) or pick-up in the shop.
- Mainland Spain, Portugal and France: orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday; usually, anything ordered before 15:00 goes out the same day.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on weight and your area. This product is not shipped outside mainland Spain, Portugal and France.
Storage: keep in the fridge at 0-4 °C. Chicken is highly perishable: eat within 2 days of receiving it or freeze it straight away.
